Barbecues and fire must NEVER be left unattended and non-gas barbecues and fires must be put out with water by midnight.

  • Group bookings are available but be advised you must tell us when booking if you want to be together.
Groups of 5 units or more will need a designated leader to vouch for the group and guarantee the general behaviour of the group as a whole; they will need to pay an additional deposit of £50. This gives the group a 5% discount (the discount must be arranged in advance i.e. before booking when the group deposit is paid & is not available for high season). This to hold the bookings together as we sometimes need to move bookings to accommodate groups.

If groups try to book without informing us, we will cancel their booking as we can only assume that

they think their behaviour would be unsuitable for our rule.
