We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining holiday balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All stays must be pre-booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance

 

Camping, Tourers & Motorhomes

New Year & High Season - Bank Holidays is a 3 Nights minimum stay
Medium Season - June to September & Events is a 2 Nights minimum stay
Low & Winter Season - has no minimum nights stay

Pitch fee charges are based on:-

2 Persons in 1 Car with 1 Accommodation Unit*

Including an awning and gazebo on grass or gravel

(if the combined overall size is within the maximum recommended size for the pitch)

but are not allowed on hard standing or RV pitches

(*An accommodation unit is,   1 Caravan  or   1 Motorhome  or   1 Tent)

Any extra accommodation unit (like a tent, etc) is £20 per night, and the combined overall size

is within the maximum recommended size for the pitch.

(The only exception are Extra Large Grass Pitch Unit H, they can have 2 Tents or Caravan with Awning and Small Tent

with Max overall combined size 10 x 10 metres including a gazebo)

                           

Staggered arrival and departure times.
Tent Field, Purples and Family area, Arrival after 12noon, Departure before 11am

Top Field, White, Orange and Green areas, Arrival after 1pm, Departure before 12noon

Reds, Blue area, Hard standings and RV pitches, Arrival after 2pm, Departure before 1pm

Please do not arrive or depart outside these times, as pitch may not be available.

No specific pitches reserved (as we some times need to move bookings to accommodate groups)

Group Bookings Group Bookings are available but be advised you must tell us when booking if you want to be together. For groups of 5 units or more you will need to book a minimum of two month in advance for the 5% discount off the pitch fee and have a designated leader to vouch for the group and guarantee the general behaviour of the group as a whole; the group will pay an additional deposit of £10 per unit. This gives 5% discount* and guarantees to hold the bookings together as we sometimes need to move bookings. (*not available bank holidays) If groups of 5 units or more try to book without informing us, we will cancel their booking as we can only assume they think their behaviour would be unsuitable for our rules.

Rally discount available
We have a number of areas that can be used exclusively for a rally, non electric areas from 40 to 100 plus units, electric areas from 20 to 60 plus units the larger the group the larger the discount and we would always recommend coming to see the areas prior to booking. Sliding scale of cancellation charges
Number of days in advance of holiday start date when cancelled.

28 days or more Deposit and Balance is transferable Or Balance Refunded less 20% Deposit,

27-9 days Balance is transferable less the 20% Deposit Or Balance Refunded less 20% Deposit,

8 days or less no refund will be given.

Where payments made by Credit / Debit Card refunded can only be made back to the same Card.
